Useful information: an overview

So that you can enjoy your dream holiday at the Apartmenthaus Elli to the fullest, we have summarised from A to Z the most important information for you.

Arrival and departure
Your apartment will be at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival is possible daily. The minimum stay is 5 days.

Bed linen and towels
We will provide you with bed linen free of charge. Towels are to be brought from home. 

Cancellation policy
Something can happen before you start your journey. Please understand that we will not refund your deposit in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, there are no costs incurred, for cancellations 30 to 15 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the total price. If you cancel your holiday less than 15 days before your arrival or cancel it early, we will charge you 90 percent of the total amount of your booked stay. 

Final cleaning
The cost for the final cleaning is 50.00 euros.

Kitchen equipment
The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens with an electric cooker, a fridge, and a mocha machine. 

Local tax
A local tax must be paid throughout South Tyrol. This is 1.35 euros per night for travellers aged 14 and over. 

Payment methods
We accept EC and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Eurocard). You can also pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer. Please note that the full amount of your stay must be paid before departure. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in Italy, cash payments are only permitted up to a maximum of 2,999.99 euros. Non-EU citizens are excluded from this regulation.

Pets
Your four-legged friend is very welcome in our apartments. For organisational reasons, we ask you to inform us in advance of the arrival of your pet. 

Reservation
The reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit of 150.00 euros. After receiving the deposit, we confirm the booking, which is binding from that point on. 

Travel cancellation insurance
Better safe than sorry. Should you be unable to start your booked holiday at the Apartmenthaus Elli on time, at all, or have to depart early, cancellation fees may apply. To insure yourself in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wellness and active offer
As a guest of our apartments, you can use the wellness area at our hotel in Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen, the Hotel Regglbergerhof, free of charge and take part in the guided hotel hikes. You can also book bike tours for a special price at the Bike School Eggental. 

Wi-Fi
All apartments have Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge.
